Welcome to Wall of Legends FAQ section. These pages are designed to answer questions you may have regarding Wall of Legends at St.Helens R.F.C. and your order.

What is the Wall of Legends?

The Wall of Legends is made up of personalised porcelain tiles affixed to the outer wall of the Totally Wicked Stadium.

Why is it being created?

The second phase of the wall has been opened to commemorate the 2019 Super League Championship. It is designed for fans to show and celebrate their loyalty and passion.

Who can buy Tiles?

Wall of Legends is open to all. We welcome support for the project be it local or from around the world. Each fan is as important to us as the next and we encourage all fans to be a part of the Wall.

How does the ordering process work?

The order process is very easy, simply select your chosen product, create your account and add your personal message, and checkout. You will be redirected to a secure payment gateway.

When your payment is confirmed you will be sent an Email, your E-Certificate will be attached, please take a few moments to read your confirmation and E-Certificate. If you do not receive your Email in a few minutes, please check your spam mail. Please keep your Email / E-Certificate safe as you will not receive anything through the post.  

You can log back into your account at any time to update your details, re-send your E-Certificate or to check the progress of your order. Please note that email notifications will be sent to the email address we have on record so please remember to update your details if you change your email address.

You will be kept updated via Email throughout the production process but please be aware that we produce the Wall of Legends tiles in batches, so it may be some time before we notify you that your tile is in production, we will also let you know when your tile has been dispatched to the club. This does not mean your tile has been installed and we recommend you check directly with the club to ensure installation has taken place before travelling to see your tile in situ.  Installation dates are subject to weather condition and home fixtures. Updates will also be posted on this website.

If you have chosen to add one to your order, your replica tile will be dispatched directly to the address you have supplied when you placed your order.  We aim to dispatch within 30 days of your corresponding tile being sent to the club.

How do I activate mybrickcard™ ?

To activate your mybrickcard gift voucher, have your Activation code from your mybrickcard™/E-Voucher ready and go to the home page of this website (www.saintswalloflegends.com). On the Home Page go to ‘Activate your Gift Card’ On the Activation page enter your Code (found on the front of your E-voucher or on the reverse of your mybrickcard™) and select Redeem. You will then enter your personalised inscription on-line. You will also be able to add a replica or upgrade your purchase.

When activating my purchase can I upgrade or buy a replica?

You can buy as many tiles as you like in addition to tiles purchased with the mybrickcard™/E-Voucher.  You can buy a replica package, or indeed another mybrickcard™/E-Voucher . If the order exceeds the amount paid for the mybrickcard™/E-Voucher  the balance must be paid by credit or debit card.

Where can I buy a mybrickcard™?

E-Vouchers are available online at www.saintswalloflegends.com.  mybrickcard™ Gift cards, available from the products page.. 

What can I buy?

You can choose a superb quality white ceramic tile with red engraving – you can also have a replicas delivered direct to your home or to that of the recipient.

N.B. Unfortunately we are unable to provide accents (acute or grave) over lettering due to the type of English language set in the engraving process employed. A REPLICA of your purchased brick, which can only be ordered with purchase of the original brick.

What are replicas?

A replica is a personal copy of the Tile you have purchased - to keep, for your own home, office, garden or to give as a personal gift. These Tiles are exact copies of the original brick installed in Wall of Legends and can only be purchased when purchasing an original Tile. Or upgrading to the Legends Package where the Replica is a bigger tile than the original.

You can use your replica in many different ways:

  • Build it into your house
  • Add it to the garden rockery
  • Put it on the mantle piece
  • Use it as a paperweight
  • Frame and hang on the wall

How much can I say in my message?

Each line can have 25 characters including spaces and punctuation. You can use upper and lower case letters.

Are the letters painted on top?

The letters are bound into the tile using an ultra-high colour technology UV guaranteed for minimum of 10 years to make the lettering more hardwearing.

What can I have engraved on my tile?

Any message or dedication you wish (as long as it is polite, 25 characters per line, spaces & punctuation included). We reserve the right to refuse any messages we consider to be inappropriate.

Examples of what you might say:

  • Support the Club!
  • Remember a great supporter!
  • Celebrate a birthday!
  • Congratulate your favourite player!

Can I change my message after I have placed my order?

You will be sent an E-mail with an E Certificate to check your inscription. If it is incorrect or you would like to make any changes there will be instruction in the email of how to do so, you can change this as many times as you like until your confirm order inscription or up to ten days after you have place your order after which time no further amendments are allowed.

When are they being installed?

The first tiles will be placed in Wall of Legends in the Summer-Autumn of 2020 (subject to clubs schedules and the weather conditions) and then periodically thereafter depending on demand, this allows time to sell more bricks and then place them on the wall at the same time. Thus completing sections of the wall rather than one by one.

How long will the Tiles last?

The Tiles will last indefinitely. The manufacturer will provide a 10-year guarantee on the tiles and 3 years on the lettering.

When will I receive my replica?

Replicas will be delivered to the address you gave us when you placed your order and we aim for these to be dispatched within 30 days of the purchased brick being installed in Wall of Legends.

How many Tiles can I order?

As many as you like online.

How do I pay for the brick(s) or mybrickcard™

Online: With credit/debit card - VISA, MASTERCARD, DELTA, MAESTRO, SWITCH

Can I choose my location?

No, the Tiles will be laid on a random basis within Wall of Legends progresses. Each Brick will be laid in the next available spot.

What is on the certificate?

The certificate includes the inscription on the tile and the tiles’ unique reference number. The certificate does not include the purchaser's name.

Please note: you will not be able to change your inscription after the seven day cooling off period. The E-certificate can be printed and given as a gift or kept as your own personal momento. Only your chosen inscription will show on the E-certificate, the club crest will not be on the E-certificate but will be engraved into the tile.

You can log back into your account and request a new E-Certificate at any time.
